My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were clean and spacious, the air conditioning was a bit tricky to control, impacting our sleep. The service, especially from Robert, was exceptional, but the dining experience was not the best. The location near the lake and amenities was convenient, though the public bathing area closure was disappointing.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was average sized with a window view over the wellness/spa area, but I found it to be a bit small. The service was friendly and very helpful, especially at reception, though we had to ask for directions to our room. The location was great, just a short walk from the lake, but the dining options were hit and miss. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Staying in a two-bed room at the end of the corridor was very good, especially since I was alone. The room was clean and comfortable, although lacking tea and coffee facilities. More room options would be great as the current ones are quite small.
